About Us
Downtown Durham is full of great places to eat and entertain yourself and The Bullpen is right in the center of it all. In late 2016, Bull Durham Beer Co. created a taproom in the shadow of the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. If you need somewhere to gather everyone together and have a pre-game drink, or if you want to celebrate a Bulls win, we’re the place.
The Bullpen is also right next to the Durham Performing Arts Center and the American Tobacco Campus, so it’s convenient to the best nightlife in town. With a great location, Bull Durham Beer Co.’s locally-crafted brews, live music, and a Classic Pinball Arcade, make sure you visit The Bullpen next time you’re in town.
Our Taproom
Check out our Taproom, with a killer ever-changing beer program featuring both “Home Team” favorites, Bull Durham Beer Co., and select “Visiting Team” features. Our Taproom is the spot to enjoy a beer while enjoying live blues music or as part of a night at a Bulls game or DPAC show.
Our Food Menu
Our kitchen offers a great menu filled with Lollygaggers (appetizers), Soups & Salads, Sandwiches and a Little Leaguers menu for all to enjoy throughout the week or enjoy a family outing before you enjoy a Bulls game. We have a few Signature Dishes that are created using our very own, Bull Durham Beer Co. selections. Our menu is available for Dine In or Take Out
Our Game Room
The Bullpen has a fully-equipped game room for you and your buds to experience some nostalgia and competition. We have some of the classic pinball games you know and love, as well as a pool table, and other games. Stop by every Sunday and enjoy a day of free pinball and pool.
Events
Our events page is updated constantly, so check back frequently for what we are up to on any given week. You can always expect great, local music for free, most nights. Mondays are free play on all our pinball machines and pool. Visit us at The Bullpen on the side of the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and enjoy the exciting events we have planned today.
